Chapel House

Built in 1890 as a Catholic Chapel, this home was an especially inspiring project for our team. Now affectionately known as the "Chapel House," this residence, inhabited by a classically trained painter and her husband, underwent a significant transformation. Initially converted into a living space in the late 1970s with basic modifications, our clients envisioned a more refined and purposeful redesign. They embarked on a complete overhaul to create a space that accommodates an art studio and an "English Inspired" kitchen, alongside distinct private and public areas. These spaces have been thoughtfully adorned with a blend of their cherished antique collections, artworks accumulated over the years, and a selection of new treasures, primarily discovered locally throughout the project's duration.
