Constructed in 1906 and once the home of a distinguished attorney, this classic "four square" residence combines the elegant detailing typical of its time with the structure's original architectural integrity. Our client sought to preserve the home's historical essence while infusing it with a casual, modern, and welcoming ambiance. To achieve this, we undertook a comprehensive update, including a full rewiring of the electrical system and meticulous plaster repairs, complemented by a unifying fresh coat of white paint throughout the interior. The decor strategy focused on maintaining a light and airy feel, meticulously integrating vintage treasures, natural fabrics, and clean, modern designs to create a harmonious and contemporary living space that pays homage to its rich heritage.
