Situated in a lively Seattle area, our clients desired a complete remodel and restoration of their classic Craftsman home, focusing on bringing back the home's historical essence, especially in the kitchen. They aimed for a spacious kitchen-dining area ideal for hosting. The redesign included moving the powder room to improve the floor plan and adding a butler's bar. Windows were adjusted to match the original style, ensuring a harmonious blend of old and new. The dining space features elegant gray walls and a white ceiling, while the kitchen combines modern elements with traditional details, such as brass and marble shelves and a vintage French cabinet. A convenient mudroom is located near the kitchen. Upstairs, the bathroom is refreshed with black marble, pink cabinets, and bespoke fixtures, marrying modern design with the home's classic character.
