Seward Park Bath

This project was a 2nd round of renovations on our Seward Park Pool house project. The clients wanted a warm modern space but with a wink to mid-century. To accomplish this we choose classic square blush tiles and married them with peachy creamy marble countertops and a custom integrated shelf. It was a full gut remodel and the key to the design was relocating the vanity to the window wall and integrating a custom marble shelf that carries through into the shower. At the tub, we have a full tile wall and a simple marble floating shelf. Faucets and fittings are all unlacquered brass to patina with time.
